Service Details
Robert G. Adams, 81, of Ankeny, passed away on Friday, May 8, 2015. A memorial service will be held at Hamilton’s near Highland Memory Gardens, 121 NW 60th Avenue in Des Moines, on Thursday, May 14, 2015 at 2:00pm. Visitation will be immediately after the memorial service until 4:30pm.
Robert is survived by his wife Connie; sons, Gregg and Christopher (Susan); and grandson, Joshua. He was preceded in death by his son, Jeffrey.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association.

Missed Jeff's birthday last week. Sorry. Life is so busy anymore that I pray you and mom are spending all of your time cruising around be it on a ship or in a car. I love you and I miss you.

It was a week and a year ago dad that I went to Goodes and got you the tomato plants and the white double wave petunias which Susan planted as you sat in your garden and watched. We tended to them for you as I know you would have. RIP

So sorry to hear of Bob's passing. It was quite a shock. Wish we could be there to share in the service but my job keeps me from many of those things. You are in our thought as you go through this.
We have enjoyed our time living in "your house" for these last ten years or so more than any where I have been or will ever be. We think of you often as we enjoy the comfort of this home and the beauty of the outdoors especially in spring and fall.

Dear Adams family,
I'm so very sorry for your loss and though we've never met I wanted to share the comfort and hope I received when I lost my entire family to this enemy death. I found this in what Jehovah Gods word the Bible says at John5:28,29 there Jesus states that we'll see our love ones again when he brings them back in the resurrection. Isaiah25:8 helps also for it states that this enemy death will be swallowed up forever. I truly hope this helps in some way for this as well as jw.org(search:comfort) helps me get through each day and I'm sharing this in hopes it will help you also for at such times as this comfort and hope is truly needed.
