Service Details
Lucille Dontje 82, born on August 5, 1925, died Wednesday, October 3, 2007 at Sunny View Care Center in Ankeny, IA after complications caused by several strokes.
Funeral services will be held 2:30 p.m. Sunday, October 7, 2007 at the Ankeny Presbyterian Church, 317 SE Trilein Dr., Ankeny, Iowa. Visitation will be one hour prior to service at the church.
Inurnment services will be held 1 p.m. Tuesday, October 9, at the Harrison Township Cemetery in Swea City, Iowa.
Memorial contributions may be made to Iowa Hospice.
Hamilton’s near Highland Memory Gardens has been entrusted with the arrangements.

Uncle Henry, Eugene, Carol and families,
I'm so sorry for your loss. Aunt Lucille was such a fun, energetic, spunky lady! I'll alway remember the visits to your house on the farm by Ledyard for family gatherings. Lucille was such a generous hostess. Another memory of her is water skiing on Lake Okoboji. I know how much she enjoyed water skiing. She was blessed with a faith and family that you can be very proud of. We will all miss her.
