Ralph Winston Van Dyke, Sr.

Ralph Winston Van Dyke, Sr., 82, passed away Friday, May 1, 2015. He was born April 8, 1933 to Herbert and Anna Van Dyke in Des Moines, Iowa.

Ralph proudly served his country in the United States Army. He had many hobbies such as woodworking, crafting, bowling, fishing, hunting, and camping. Ralph was a wonderful husband, father and grandfather and enjoyed spending time with his family.

He is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Ruth; daughter, Debra (Dennis) Coop and Suzzanne (Mike) Valen; son, Ralph Van Dyke, Jr.; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Pam (Wayne) Bishop; and brother, Jerry (Ruth) Van Dyke.

Per his wishes cremation is to occur with no formal services at this time.
