David Allen Bruce, Jr.

David Allen Bruce, Jr., 39 passed away October 2, 2007. Funeral services will be held at 12 noon, Saturday at Hamilton's Southtown Funeral Home.
Visitation will take place one hour prior to the service.
David was born June 20, 1968 in Des Moines. He worked as a concrete worker in construction. He loved hopping the rails. David enjoyed NASCAR, music and was a fan of the St. Louis Cardinals. He also enjoyed fishing and football. Most of all he lived his life as a free spirit.
He is survived by his brothers, Matt Bruce and Cameron Violett; his sister, Cady Violett; his aunts, Shelley (Paul) Melone-Alford and Carol (Steve) Creason; his uncles, Don (Penny) Bruce and Dennis Bruce; his step-father Ridge Violett; his great-grandma Bonnie Bruce; his nephew, Tanner and many cousins.
David was preceded in death by his mother, Wendy Violett; his father, David Bruce, Sr.; his grandpa Don; grandma June and grandpa Wendell; his cousins, Jon and Josh Fuller.
