Nancy Jean Prazak

Nancy Jean Prazak, 60, was born on Christmas Day in 1954 in Des Moines, Iowa. Nancy was served by Link Associates for many years. She was always smiling and playing innocent pranks on her friends. She was very caring, loving and had an amazing sense of humor. Nancy was a ray of sunshine to those around her. She loved animals, especially her cat, Max, and had the personality of a lifetime.

Nancy passed away peacefully Thursday, April 2, 2015 at University Park Nursing and Rehab in Des Moines. She is survived by her siblings, Jan (Mary) Prazak of California, Rebecca Prazak of Des Moines and Mark (Debra) Prazak of Minnesota, two nieces, two nephews and numerous great-nieces and nephews. Nancy was preceded in death by her parents, Clytice and Joe Prazak, her brother, Don and her grandparents.

Visitation will be held from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m., with funeral service to begin at 10:00 a.m., Monday, April 6, 2015 at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street, Des Moines. Interment will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery.
