Harold Ross

Harold Ross, 81, died Friday, September 28, 2007 at the Veteran’s Hospital in Des Moines. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, October 1, 2007 at White Cemetery in Cincinnati, Iowa. Visitation will be 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. prior to the service Monday at Hamilton’s Southtown Funeral Home.
Harold was born October 13, 1925 in Cincinnati, Iowa to Clarence and Rosie (Richmond) Ross. He served in the Unites States Army during World War II, and spent most of his career farming. He spent a lot of his free time searching for treasures with one of his many metal detectors.
Harold is survived by his brother, Glenn Ross of Carlisle; and many nieces and nephews. Memorial contributions may be made to the family in loving memory of Harold.
