Jerry Maxwell

Jerry Lee Maxwell, Sr., 46 of Des Moines passed away Friday, September 28, 2007. Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. on Friday, October 5, 2007 at Hamilton’s, 605 Lyon Street. Visitation will be one hour prior to service.
Jerry was born on February 15, 1961 in Des Moines. On November 25, 2006 he married Pamela.
Jerry is survived by his loving wife, Pamela, his mother and stepfather, Linda Lou and Jerry Foster; children, Jerry Lee and Becky Vandenhemel; step-children, Rickey, Christopher and Jeannie Stone; brother, Howard Foster; sisters,Wanda Johnson and Judy Nussbaum; four half-siblings, Marty, Carl and Corrina Nussbaum and Cheila Trevino; step-sister, Tammy Foster; two grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Crystal Maxwell, father Carl Nussbaum and grandparents.
