Kevin Wayne Hayner “Teddy”, 55, passed away March 13, 2015. Services will be held at Hamilton’s on Westown Parkway, 3601 Westown Parkway in West Des Moines, IA on Tuesday, March 17th at 12:00. Visitation will be held two hours prior. A graveside service will be held at Glendale Cemetery following the service.

Kevin was born November 4, 1959 in Charles City, Iowa to Betty Barlow and Gerald Hayner. He graduated from Des Moines Technical High School and proudly served his country in the Air National Guard. Although he held many jobs, he retired from his dream job at Krypton Comics in Omaha, Nebraska in 2012.

He is survived by his wife of 12 years, Mary Hayner; his children, Anthony Hayner, Christopher (Devin) Hayner, Daniel (Taryn) Hayner, Shaun (Karrie) Thompson, Ian (Kalee) Thompson and Nicole Thompson. His grandchildren; Hope, Colin, Nevin, Neava, Nylee, Nyana, Braydon, Logan, Zachary, Emery, Eliza, Alice and Oliver. His siblings; Terry, Dennis and Gary Hayner
