Helen Luella Poore

Helen Luella Poore, 93, passed away Sunday, March 8, 2015 at her home. She was born August 11, 1921 in Mount Ayr, Iowa to Eric and Luella Anderson.

Helen is survived by her sons, Gene and Larry (Linda) Poore; nine grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; 15 great-great-grandchildren; niece, Carla; and a host of extended family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her loving husband, Elmer C. Poore and her sister, Jane.

A Graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, March 13, 2015 at New Virginia Cemetery in New Virginia, Iowa.
