Doris Frazier

Doris Mae Frazier, 89, was born November 5, 1925 in Vail, Iowa to Emil and Annie Strathman. She passed away February 8, 2015 at The Good Samaritan in Indianola, Iowa.

Doris is survived by her children, Eddie (Tracy) Frazier, Darvie (Lee Ann) Frazier, Janet Chandler (Brad Nall) and Gene Frazier; 18 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and a host of extended family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Darrell; great-granddaughter, Haileigh; and her siblings, Harry, Helen, Margaret, Clara and Louis.

The family will greet friends on Friday, February 13, 2015 beginning at 11 a.m. with the funeral service at 12 p.m. at Hamilton’s Southtown Funeral Home, 5400 SW 9th Street. Doris will be laid to rest with her beloved husband at the Iowa Veterans Cemetery in Van Meter at 2:00 p.m.
