Noe Rascon Flores, 27, passed away on Monday, January 26, 2015 in Osceola, Iowa.
Visitation is scheduled to begin at 4 PM, on Sunday, February 1, 2015 at St. Bernard’s Catholic Church, and a funeral mass will take place at 11 AM, on Monday, February 2, 2015 with Fr. David Polich officiating. Noe will then transported to Artesia, New Mexico for burial.

Una visitación va a empezar a las 4 PM, el Domingo, 1 de febrero, 2015 en la Iglesia Católica de San Bernardo, con una misa fúnebre a las 11 AM, el Lunes, 2 de febrero, 2015 con el Padre David Polich.

Noel will be missed a lot he always had his life straighten out. And he will always be watching over us in heaven and i looked up to him as an uncle,he was nice,always made people laugh when there were down. It wasn't his time to go. He was the nice guy if there was anyone that needed anything he help with no question asked. Noel you was the happiest man when ever you talked about your daughter's.
