We are very sorry to hear that Bill has left us. I have not known anyone that I respect more than Bill. We worked at Massy Ferguson for nearly the same period. He was, for me and nearly everyone else there, the go-to guy when a problem came up. It didn't matter if it was mechanical, electrical, math related or of a personal nature, he could provide the best and most clear explaination and help you could ever need. He was always willing to help with anything I ask of him - even when he had no reason.
He was a mentor to me and I owe him for much of my personal success. I loved Bill as if he were part of my family and will miss talking with him.
My sincere sympathy and prayers go to Nora and the family.

Bill will be sorely missed by all of us who knew and loved him. Bill always beamed a great smile and had a great story to tell about his passion, the classic car hobby. He was a soft- spoken, talented craftsmen who patiently restored the dashboard and steering wheel of his 1938 LaSalle convertible, meticulously handcrafting each piece out of wood. He was always eager to lend advice or provide a helping hand to others on a variety of car repairs, restoration work, or other personal projects. Despite great struggle, Bill always lived life to the fullest and never gave up until the very end. His courage when facing his tragic illness was an inspiration to us all. May God bless Bill and his grieving family as Bill ascends into heaven to be beside of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
