Carol Bell

Carol E. “Betty” Bell, of Des Moines died on Tuesday, November, 21st. Graveside funeral services will be at 10:00 AM Friday at Sunset Memorial Gardens Cemetery. The family will greet friends from 9-9:45 A.M. Friday at Hamilton’s Southtown Funeral Home and again following the graveside at Betty’s home, 6602 SW 16th Street.
Betty was retired from Pittsburg Des Moines Steel as a payroll worker and was a member of the Park Ave. Presbyterian Church. She is survived by her sons John (Becky) Bell of Westminster, Colorado, Jim (Brenda) Bell of Victoria, Minnesota, her brother Bill Young of Phoenix, her sister Winifred Young of New York and her grandchildren Jody (Steve), Kelsey, Katie, Jake and Hunter. She was preceded in death by her husband Ernie Bell.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the family.
