Carroll Mabrier, 79, of Bradenton, Florida passed away peacefully at home January 11, 2015. Carroll was born in Des Moines, Iowa to Clara and George Mabrier where he lived most of his life. Carroll and his wife Ellen moved to Bradenton, Florida where he retired.
Carroll enjoyed socializing, fishing, hunting and just taking care of people.

Carroll will be greatly missed by his wife, Ellen; children, Jackie and Marty Stephenson, Chris and Kelly Mabrier, Scott Mabrier and Shelly Carl; grandchildren, Shawn and Kori Green, Krista Green, Aaron and Jenny Mabrier, Aly Mabrier, Danny Carl, Matthew and Toshia Carl and Megan Carl; great-grandchildren, Gage and Hunter Green, Austin Folis, Felicia Mabrier and Dria and Gabriel Carl; brother, George Mabrier of Vienna; sister, Nancy McConkey of Wisconsin; and many other cousins, nieces and nephews. Carroll had many longtime friends who all had a place in his heart.

Visitation will be held from 12-2 p.m. Friday, January 23, 2015 at Hamilton’s Mitchellville Funeral Home, 303 Center Avenue South, with a Celebration of Life Service to begin at 12:30 p.m. led by Mary Jo Stephenson. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to any hospice of your choice in loving memory of Carroll.
