Sharon Carlee Perry

Sharon Carlee Perry, 71, went to be with the Lord on January 7, 2015 at Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines. Sharon was born February 23, 1943 in Des Moines to Elmer & Nona Lee (Spearman) Barker.

Sharon was a high school graduate of East High in Des Moines, a member of Burns Methodist Church and the Knights of Pythias Lodge. She enjoyed watching “Old” movies and spending time with family.
Sharon worked at Nimble & Thimble Taylor Shop and the Iowa Power and Light for many years.

She is survived by her husband, Larry Perry; son, Charles Ross; Brothers, Turner & Eric; Sister, Evelyn. Sharon is preceded in death by her parents, Elmer & Nona Barker; grandson, Sylvester Koesters; Brothers, Tony & Jeff and sisters, Gloria & Terri.

Per her wishes Sharon has been cremated and memorial services will be conducted at a later date.
