Sophath Kun

Sopath Kun, 67, died Friday, November 28, 2014 at his home in Des Moines. He was born April 5, 1947 to Kun Yin and Von Si in Edeam Chey, Cambodia.

Sopath is survived by his wife, Hien Hoang; daughter, Chamtha Khanna; brother Phoeuk Yin; sister, Phey Yin; sister-in-law, San Yin; 26 nieces and nephews; and 23 grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 6, 2014, at Hamilton’s near Highland Memory Gardens, 121 NW 60th Avenue in Des Moines. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
