David Lee Allen

David “Dave” Lee Allen 57, was born in Des Moines. He was a graduate of Lincoln High School. Dave spent his adult life in Omaha and Seattle. He loved fishing, music, his guitars, motorcycles and cooking. Dave was a dog lover. He loved his family, friends and animals with intense passion.

Dave is survived by his parents, Ed and Peggy Allen; sister, Gail Graham; nieces, Lindsay Jimenez and Kylie Jimenez (Sergio); grandnieces, Delia and Ashely; aunts, uncles and cousins. Dave is preceded in death by his grandparents, uncle and cousin.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, November 19, 2014 at Hamilton’s Southtown Funeral Home, 5400 SW 9th Street. The family will greet friends one hour prior to the service Wednesday at the funeral home.
