Linda Maggard

Linda M. Maggard, 66, passed away November 5, 2014 at Mercy Medical Center.
Linda was born May 5, 1948 to Margot and Lester Harper in Torrance, California.
She enjoyed her time with her family and friends, gardening and traveling with her sister and mother. Linda was an avid crafter, in her younger years. She also adored her beloved dog, Scooby. Back in the day, you could often catch Linda driving her royal blue Camaro and listening to oldies but goodies.
Linda is survived by her parents, Margot and Les; daughters, Kimberly and Michele Maggard; sister, Kris (Craig) Fowler; nephew, Bryan Duenzen; great niece, Krysten; significant other, Bill Bouge; father of her children, Ronald Maggard; and a host of family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her grandmothers, Maria Reidenbach and Pearl Hood; uncle, Earl Harper.
A celebration of life gathering will be held Sunday, November 9, 2014 from 2:00-5:00 PM at Hamilton’s Altoona, 105 4th St. SW in Altoona IA.
Memorial contributions may be directed toward the Animal Rescue League in loving memory of Linda.
