Dear Donna, Uncle Bob, Aunt Iris, Cathy, Paul & family,
I am so very sorry for your loss. Steve was a wonderful man as you already know and there really are no words to describe the courage and love he had for life and his family. Words fail me when I try to describe how wonderful I thought Steve was. I well remember growing up as children, how he always had a smile on his face and was quick to put one on ours as well. When we would get into trouble and you looked at Steve, he would just smile with that little mischevious smile he had and we would all have to hide our faces to keep from laughing even though we knew we were all in trouble. Steve had courage that we could all only hope and dream of. He will truly be missed by all.
If there were any words in the english language that could ease your pain now, I would say them over and over to you, but unfortunately those words don't exist. So, just know that we love you all dearly as we loved Steve and you are all in our hearts and prayers. I don't like to think of it as we have "lost" Steve, because we know exactly where he is. He is not lost at all, he is in the loving arms of his Savior, free of pain and suffering and is singing in His heavenly choir. Steve loved the Lord and he is at home now glorifying God.
God Bless You All
All My Love,
Carol
