I was so very sorry and saddened to read about your little Francis. Uncle Clair would have been saddened too! He cared so much about you, Tom.
We felt close to your whole family and felt honored to be included for birthdys, Christmas, etc.
God bless you all and hold you close in the days ahead.
Love, Norma

having experienced a similar loss, I have prayed for your dear little family and share this poem in hopes it brings some comfort:
THE WEAVER
My life is but a weaving
Between my Lord and me,
I cannot choose the colors
He worketh steadily.
Oftimes He weaveth sorrow,
And I in foolish pride
Forget he sees the upper
And I, the underside.
Not till the loom is silent
And the shuttles cease to fly
Shall God unroll the canvas
And explain the reason why.
The dark threads are as needful
In the Weaver's skillful hand
As the threads of gold and silver
In the pattern He has planned.
He knows, He loves, He cares;
Nothing this truth can dim.
He gives the very best to those
Who leave the choice to Him.
