Diana Hoffman, 73, passed away at her home Thursday, August 28, 2014. She was born January 28, 1941 in Hammond, Indiana.
Diana is survived by her Daughters, Debbie Naughton, Dana Smith and Jackie Campro; Grandchildren, Jimmy, Melissa, Maria Deonne, Angela (John), Crystal and Michelle; Granddaughters-In-Law, April, Andrea and Kim; Great-Grandchildren, Erica, Megan, Allix, Desiree, Jessica, Ashton, Nathan, Miguel, KayLee, Roxanna, Javier, Lucia, Brooklyn, Gisele and Katy; Great-Great-Granddaughter, Sophia; Sisters, Frances, Cyndi and Joy; former Son-In-Law, Mike Naughton; as well as a host of Extended Family and Loving Friends.
She was preceded in death by her Parents; and her Grandchildren, Kristin Smith and Timothy Tidwell.
A memorial service will be held at 2:30 p.m. Monday, September 1, 2014 at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon St. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service Monday at the funeral home.

So sorry for your loss, Diana always helped everyone she could and always had a smile on her face. Very sweet woman she will be missed by many. She touched so many people, no question her purpose here on earth, may her body now rest and look over all of us down here!

Diana is a truly lovely and beautiful soul. Her devotion, patience and love for her family is such a great gift for them to cherish. She is really one of the dearest people that we know. Heaven is an even better place now.

Grandma, you meant the world to everyone and it really hurts to know that your gone. The only reason I am at peace with it, is because i know you would want everyone to be. You changed alot of lives , especially mine. There has been and will always be a place in my heart for you ! R.I.P.
