We always enjoyed Dave and the family when we both lived in Pleasant Hill. Will also remember the "BIG Wheel" races down Parkwood and the pop bottle wars, we were kids once also!

We will remember Uncle David for his hospitality during our visits, his great stories, his contagious laugh, and the twinkle in his eye. David, if you are golfing with Jesus right now, perhaps He will let you win a round. Our thought and prayers are with the entire Yarges Family .

After high school, I only saw Dave at reunion functions and during those few business trips I made to DM; however, he never seemed to have changed - there was always that smile and a warm hello. I am sure his life was a beacon to his family and friends alike, I wish him well on his journey.

I am grateful for the life of Mr. Yarges. Thanks to his service and to the service of others in our armed forces, my family and I have been able to lead our lives in freedom and peace.
