Frankie Torres, 51, entered into eternal rest in the hands of the Lord Tuesday, July 22, 2014 at his home in Des Moines.
Frankie was born July 29, 1962 in Bronx, New York to Louis and Maria Torres. He loved spending time with his large extended family and enjoyed NASCAR and rock and roll music. He is survived by his wife, Debra; children, Chase Torres, Tessyca Arias, and Tony (Lily) Ballard; grandchildren, Zachary, Taylar, Brianna, Anthony, and Kayla; mother, Maria Torres; siblings, Anthony and Valerie; and many other beloved family and friends.
Final viewing will be held 4:00 p.m. Saturday at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street, Des Moines.

I"m so sorry....If this is the Frankie Torres that I knew...He was one of 6 children.Robert .Junior..Hector..George.Moses..and a sister???Gabriel was my boyfriend in the 80"s...He passed with his brother hector....Do I have the right Torres family??

Oh, Frank you went along with me on my first 4 tattoos and the time we had. There are soo many things I'm Goin to miss about you but my memories is what I will forever hold on to!!! Please watch over my Mom, because we know she needs it. Thanks for being a great dad!!! I'll miss you till I see you again! So with that being said, I'll see ya later!!
