Marilyn Reddick

Marilyn Reddick, age 78, died Friday, July 4, 2014 at Granger Nursing and Rehab. She was born January 20, 1936 in Russell, Iowa, the daughter of William and Verla (Cosner) Clinton. Marilyn lived in Des Moines for most of her life and was very active in the community.

Marilyn is survived by her her sister, Pauline Ritterger; her children, Michael Reddick, Gary Stowell, Robin Reddick, Tony Johnson, and Robert Clinton; fifteen grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father, William Clinton; mother, Verla Funk; husband, Rodwell; and son, Douglas Reddick.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 8, 2014 at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street, Des Moines. Memorial service will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 9, 2014, also at the funeral home.

A memorial has been established in Marilyn’s honor. Donations will be accepted through the funeral home.
