Mark Allen Ryner

Mark Allen Ryner, 57, of Norman, Oklahoma, passed away Tuesday, June 24, 2014. He was born November 2, 1956, in Marshalltown, Iowa, to Clifford and Yvonne (Wunn) Ryner.

Mark was an avid OU fan. He mentored and coached football to many in Des Moines.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Dennis Ryner. Mark is survived by Jacque Rich of the home; his son, Brock Ryner of Des Moines, Iowa; his two daughters, Stephanie Williams and her husband Kevin of Des Moines, and Bobbi Rae Brown and her husband Cory of Hawaii; brother, Mike Ryner and his wife Terri of Des Moines; one granddaughter, Madison; nephew, Michael; an uncle special to Mark, Ben Wunn and his wife Yalonda; great friend, Bob Tyrell; and Alishea Gallego, her husband Sergio, and their children Joscelyn, Ariana, Sebastian, and Anabrisa.

Memorial services will begin at 6:30 p.m., Tuesday, July 1, 2014, at Hamilton’s near Highland Memory Gardens, 121 NW 60th Avenue in Des Moines. The family will greet friends from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the funeral home.
