Anna Mae Miller

Anna Mae Miller, 93, formerly of Des Moines and West Des Moines, died at the Kavanagh House on 56th in Des Moines, IA on Thursday, June 19, 2014. A private burial service was held at Resthaven Cemetery in West Des Moines, IA.

Anna Mae was born in Bagley, IA on December 22, 1920 to Oliver and Vera Mahler. She lived most of her adult life in Des Moines, later moving to West Des Moines, and eventually to Clive to live with her daughter and son-in-law, Debra and Chuck Stull.

She was a life-long member of Immanuel Methodist Church, and a volunteer at United Way and her church. Anna Mae dedicated her life as a homemaker and caregiver to her family.

She is survived by her daughters, ReBecca Tough of Waukee and Debra (Chuck) Stull; grandchildren, Susan (Eric Wieland) Stull and Dan (Katie) Stull; great-grandchildren, Brecken and Bria Wieland; two nieces; and two nephews. Anna Mae was preceded in death by her husband, Robert; her parents; and brothers, Revilo and Everett.
