Thelma passed away Saturday, June 14, 2014 at her home. She was born March 20, 1933 in Albert Lea, MN and spent most of her life in Des Moines. Thelma retired several years ago from Heritage Cablevision.
Thelma is survived by her husband, Tony; brother, Vern (Carole) Vaubel of Ft. Meyers, FL; children, Mike (Renetta) and Theresa; grandsons, Christopher and Anthony; and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by parents, Lester and Margaret (Withe) Vaubel of Kansas City; and sister, Roberta Vaubel of Malibu, CA.
A Celebration of Life for Thelma will be held at a later date.

I will always remember my aunt as a joyful, positive and loving lady. She was a favorite of my mom and dad, and I always looked forward to seeing her. May the Lord take her hand and guide her home. Love to my uncle and cousins. Toni (me too) and Donald
