Brad Deeringer

Brad Deeringer, 63, passed away Friday, June 13, 2014. He was born April 3, 1951 to H.P. and Norma Deeringer in Des Moines, Iowa.

Brad proudly served in the United States Army and was lifetime member of DAV. He had a salesman’s heart and worked for Collectamania in Des Moines. Brad most recently sold t-shirts at festivals across the south.

He is survived by his son, Brett (Amy) Deeringer; sisters, Dee (Chris) Cline; Tanya (Tom) Wadstrom; nieces, Casey Cline, and Lauren Neal; nephews, Scott Wadstrom, Steve Wadstrom, Brandon Neal, and Levi Cline; 6 grandsons; father, H.P. Deeringer (Linda Carrier); and his 2 cats, Felix and Oscar.

Brad was preceded in death by his mother, Norma Deeringer; brother, Jeff Deeringer; and favorite uncle, Scat Thompson.

Funeral services will be held at 9:00 a.m., Tuesday, June 17, 2014 at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street. Burial will follow the service at Woodlawn Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday, June 16th at the funeral home.
