Martha Janice Gulick, 69, passed away June 10, 2014 at home with her loving family by her side.
She leaves behind her sons, David and Michael; and daughter, Stephanie.
Martha was preceded in death by Richard, her husband of 37 years.
She will be missed and loved for eternity.
