Patricia Freeman-Watts

Patricia Lee Freeman-Watts, 63, passed away Tuesday, June 3, 2014 at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines.

Patricia was born March 17, 1951in Des Moines to Carl and Dolores Pearson.

She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, camping and family picnics. Patricia had a great sense of humor and loved practical jokes. She loved each and every one of her children and was loved by her brothers and sisters.

Patricia is survived by her children, Michelle Johns, Marlena Hartman, William Freeman, and Laura Freeman; 16 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; and siblings, David Pearson, Carlene Steenblock, Jackie Johnson, Jane Gray, and Paul Pearson.

She was preceded in death by her parents; loving husband, Russell Freeman; and her Grandma and Grandpa Pearson.

Memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 7, 2014, at Grandview Lutheran Church, 2930 E. 13th Street in Des Moines, with visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m. Please join the family for a picnic at Union Park following the service in honor of Patricia.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family.
