Sandra Hall, 61, passed away Wednesday, May 28, 2014 . She was born July 9, 1952 to Betty and Clifton Fees in Des Moines, Iowa.
Sandra was such a selfless person and amazing mother. She was the glue that held the family together. She loved to cook big family dinners and bake for her grandkids.
She is survived by her husband of 42 years, Alvin; sons, Rich (Alicia) Hall, and Russ (Lori) Hall; grandchildren, Marissa, Brant, Drake, and Jocelyn; mother, Betty Bell; brothers, Jerry, and Sonny Fees; four nephews; and many beloved friends. Sandra was preceded in death by her father, Clifton.
Visitation will be from 11 to 1 p.m., Saturday, May 31, 2014 at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street in Des Moines. Funeral Services beginning at 1 p.m., at the funeral home, with burial to follow at Glendale Cemetery.
Memorial Contributions may be made to Taylor Hospice House in loving memory of Sandra.

We were so sorry to hear of Mrs. Hall's passing. Our son Chris has been a friend of Russ's for many years, our thoughts and prayers are with the family.

Our Michael family was sad to hear the passing of Sandy. Many memories were made with the Fees and Clausi family and our parents Bill and Juanita. Sending our thoughts and prayers to all of you during this difficult time.

I am so very sorry to hear of Sandy's passing. Sandy and I have known each other since 2nd grade. We played softball with the Bates Park girls in the 60's. She was always a joy to be around and you always knew where you stood with her. I feel privileged to have known such a great friend, person, mother and grandma to her family. Rest in peace my dear friend.

I am so sorry for the loss for the Hall family, Sandy was a wonderful Grandma to my daugher for 17 yrs of her life. Sandy was always there for her family, and especially her Grandchildren. The loss at such an early age is very hard to comprehend. May you rest in peace, and you will never be forgotten.
