Penelope Eileen Davis came into this world on February 21, 2013 and left us on Memorial Day, May 26, 2014 after a long and difficult fight with Neuroblastoma Cancer. During her short stay, Penelope inspired more people than most do in a lifetime.
Please help us celebrate Penelope’s life on Saturday, May 31, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. at the United Methodist Church, 801 West First Street in Grimes, Iowa.
Penelope will be dearly missed by her parents, Shannon and Ben Davis; her brothers, Chayse and Parker; her grandparents, Ann Preston, Matt Pirtle, and Sherrie and Brian Davis; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

My heart is heavy...I weep with you at the loss of your daughter. Penelope touched so many people in her short life! She was so captivating and drew people in. She has forever changed me and i know so many others! For that we are grateful for Penelope! She will forever be your little girl and one day you will hold her again! Stay close to God, he will carry you through the days ahead and he is now holding your baby! Penelope is not scared...I can picture her happily walking the streets of heaven, seeing clearly with those beautiful blue eyes with a permanent smile on her face! She is gone from this earthly place but in a much better place where there is no pain, no evil, and complete and utter joy every second of every day! Much love to you guys!! I am so very sorry for your great loss. Penelope touched so many lives and we cry with you and lift you up in prayers for comfort. My daughter and I loved looking at your sweet Penelopes pictures she truly was out of this world beautiful her smile, her eyes were amazing. Rest In Peace Sweet Sweet Penelope please watch over your Mommy, Daddy, and Brothers. <3
