Maxine Price

Maxine Price was born July 16, 1921 in Genoa, Colorado and passed away May 6, 2014 in Miami, Florida. She enjoyed baking and going to church. Maxine loved her children and grandchildren.

Maxine is survived by her daughter Celeste Engel; eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews; and a host of other loving relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband Floyd “Art” Price; daughter Janet Price; and son Paul Price.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, May 14, 2014 at Hamilton’s Southtown Funeral Home, 5400 SW 9th Street followed by burial at Sunset Memorial Gardens Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be directed to Indianola Heights Christian Church, of which she had been a member for many years.
