Jon Swartz II

Jon O. Swartz II, 20 died suddenly August 20, 2007 in Des Moines. He was born December 10, 1986 to Jon and Debra Swartz in Phoenix, Arizona.
Memorial services will be held 12 noon on Thursday, August 23, 2007 at Hamilton’s Southtown Funeral Home, 5400 SW 9th. Burial will be in Grand Haven, Michigan.
Jon was loved by many and will be missed by all. He was a loving son, brother, grandson and uncle and will be carried in our hearts forever.
