Patricia Louise May

Patricia May, 55, was born March 17, 1959, in Keosauqua, Iowa, the daughter of Raymond Eugene and Helen Louise (Starr) Holland. She passed away from myasthenia gravis on April 16, 2014, at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines.
Patricia worked for Sears Credit in Urbandale, was a realtor with 21st Century Realty and was most recently a supervisor at Per Mar Security. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Ankeny 2nd Ward, and she loved to read and travel.
Patricia is survived by her loving husband of 37 years, Phillip; children, Lisa (Gary) Christensen, Jennifer May, and Christopher (Jessica Frost) May; grandchildren, Chloe, Eli, Skyler, Emma, Taylor, and Erica; parents, Raymond and Helen Holland; brother, Lundy Holland; sister, Lisa (Jeff) Sands; and a host of other family and beloved friends.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, April 21, 2014, at The Church or Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Ankeny Chapel, 721 E. 1st Street, with visitation beginning at 9:30 a.m. Burial will take place at Green Glade Cemetery in Farmington, Iowa, at 5:00 p.m.
Memorial contributions may be directed to the church in loving memory of Patricia.

I just learned of Patty's passing. To Phillip, their children, and the rest of her family...I am so very sorry, and will be praying for all of you. She was a wonderful friend, and I'm proud to have known her!
