Margaret, John and Joan,
Losing Ulf is our loss here in the material world. He was indeed a blessing from God and those of us who crossed his path were better for the experience. I was saddened to read of his passing. He leaves fond memories in the fabric of my heart.

Dear Margaret,
Though we have not had recent contact, I have thought of Ulf and you from time to time. I remember Ulf fondly, I respected his wonderful craftsmanship and his sense of humor. Mostly, I remember the warm relationship he had with my Margaret's folks. I hope your memories of the good times you and Ulf shared together will help sustain you during this difficult time.
Sincerely,
Nick

Ulf built the upstairs bedrooms and bath for us on Blondo Street in Omaha in 1957. Even as a 14 year old, I marveled at the craftmenship and attention to detail Ulf had, truly gifted. I also would see him on the ski slopes of Mt. Crescent in Council Bluffs, a great skier, and a great guy.

Dear Margaret, John, and family,
I first met you at the Westroads where I worked part time at Ben Simons. You may remember me as the teacher from Fontenelle ( friend of your neighbor Dan Chipps). I always looked forward to your shopping visits and hearing of John's success. You always brought a smile to my heart. May your celebration of Ulff's life be glorious. (My wife continues to work at the Medical Center in the Ortho surgery department. I retired from OPS and am finishing my 8th year of teaching fourth graders in Millard. We have 2 granddaughters to love and spoil.) May your family gathering today be special and filled with loving memories.
Peace and grace to you,
Tom and Marianne

Margaret, John and family, your Dad was a pretty special Swede!! We had fun growing up with him in our house working away on all the projects mom and dad had him craft! Excellant work!! I will always remember two things about Ulf, first, it is okay to stop mid-morning and have have a cup of coffee and sweet roll (my mom always liked to see what Margaret packed for him) and second, to whistle with your tongue rolled up!! Oh such good memories! He was a good man!! Even though we weren't related by blood, we were related by name!! Haha! Love you guys and our thoughts and prayers are with you as you. Love Lisa
