When Mike lived in Adel he used to stop in at Fuller's BP where I work. I will never forget his uplifting attitude and bright smile. We had many good conversations about our similar pasts. My sincerest sympathies to his family.

" We're all just walking eachother home"
I remember a sweet teenaged guy with a smile that could make you forget you were the new kid, and as long as he was there. You were one of the bunch. I hadn't seen Mike since I was 16. I'm so happy to know he grew up to be a good man surrounded by people who loved him.
My prayers and heart have been with him and his loved ones since I heard of the tragic accident. I'm terribly sorry you are saying goodbye.
Godspeed Mike, God really has a habit of taking the good ones home too soon. I hope it's because he needed you for something really special up there.
