Many of us are better people because of Dex. Knowing how to turn a day, keep a day good, Dex was an expert; he showed his skills almost every day. I remember talking with him about how every call he had mattered, he was gifted with a voice that would carry; team members learned during his calls by default. He got better (he was already good), his team got better, other teams got better. He kept making bad days, average days, good days (he made the good days better too). Dex, you will be missed.

I ate lunch with Dexter from time to time, he always had a smile on his face, and this deep amazing laugh. Everytime he greeted you with the "dexter fist bump" and a very excited "What's going on!?". I will miss him. He was a great person. I am sorry for your loss.
