I remember as a little girl riding on my dad's Vespa scooter to go see Odie. My dad was Harold Weaver and he and Odie had been friends as kids as I heard all kinds of stories when I was with them at his house. My dad passed away 11 yrs ago on the 5th of April so I am sure the two of them are reunited and telling their stories. My deepest sympathy goes out to his family.

Steve and family - I am so sorry to read of Odie's passing. He was truly a remarkable person - as a father and as a labor leader. In his role he laid a truly great foundation for all CIPEC employees at the City. From all accounts I have had he was a gentleman and a man of his word. Those traits and skills carried forward through his family. Please accept by deepest condolences.
