Aaliyah Kay Armintrout

Aaliyah was born April 3, 2014, in Des Moines, the daughter of Richard & Chantelle. She passed away April 3, 2014, at Mercy Medical Center.

Aaliyah was loved by so many, and was taken from us too soon. God must have had a special plan for her as he took her before any of us were ready to say goodbye. Our precious little angel is now living her life in heaven and watching over us from above. Although we never met you baby girl, we love you more than you’ll ever know. We will see you someday. Lots of kisses from daddy, mommy, sister and brothers!

Aaliyah is survived by her parents, Richard & Chantelle Armintrout; sister, Alexa Armintrout; brothers, Kinnick & Kasen Armintrout; paternal grandparents, Richard & Dianne Armintrout, Teri Tulk; maternal grandparents, Sue McFadden, Harold & Lea McFadden, Denise McFadden; great grandparents, Sonny & Miriam Armintrout, Ann Mould, Helen & Dean Letze; aunts, Tifani Armintrout, Amanda (David) Daughenbaugh, Courtney Supino, Cristin (Joel) Jacobs, & Delaney McFadden; uncles, Jacob & Riley McFadden. She is preceded in death by paternal great grandparents, Dick Mould, and Paul & Bev Tulk; maternal great grandparents, Royal & Suki Wells and Olive & John McFadden.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, April 12, 2014 at Hamilton’s Near Highland Memory Gardens, 121 NW 60th Ave, Des Moines with burial to follow at Laurel Hill Cemetery, and a luncheon immediately following. The family will greet friends Friday evening from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
