Marian F. McDaniel

Marian McDaniel, 81, was born May 1, 1932, in Des Moines, Iowa, to Edward and Audrey Adams. She passed away April 2, 2014, at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines.
Marian was a member of Altoona Christian Church and enjoyed sewing, reading, and spending time with her family.
Marian is survived by her children, Andrea (Ronald) Kingery, Greg (Phyllis) Bailey, Kelly (Kate) McDaniel, Kevin McDaniel, Kim (Bob) Robuck, and Kerry (Rose) McDaniel; 9 grandchildren as well as numerous great-grandchildren and great great-grandchildren; brother, Michael (Ginni) Adams; her loving dog, Taffy; and a host of other family and beloved friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Wesley McDaniel, and son, Roger Bailey.
Memorial services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 8, 2014, at Altoona Christian Church, 2890 1st Avenue S, in Altoona, Iowa.
Memorial contributions may be directed to St. Jude Children’s Hospital in loving memory of Marian.

What a amazing women! Gonna be missed by so many I am truly sorry for the lost to all the family, Tammy and I always ran together for years I know how much Marian ment to everyone. She has always been one tough lady but at least she is in no pain anymore and she will always be watching over everyone.

Marion was such a special person and always thinking of others it was my pleasure to have taken care if her over the past couple of years and I will miss her greatly
