Daniel Justice

Daniel W. Justice, 95, died Wednesday, August 15, 2007 at Prime Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, August 18, 2007 at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon St. with burial at Berwick Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Daniel was born July 24, 1912 in Berwick, Iowa. He served in the Army during WWII where he earned the Purple Heart and Bronze Star Medal. Daniel was a farmer and also worked for John Deere. He was a member of Berwick Congregational Church.
Daniel is survived by his son, Jim (Kathy) Justice of Ft. Dodge, IA; daughter, Linda Justice of St. Charles, MO; brothers, Bob Justice of Altoona and Wayne Justice of Dodge Center, MN; and three grandsons, David (Sandra) Justice, Daniel Justice and Dean Justice. He was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Justice.
Memorial contributions may be made to Berwick Congregational Church.
