Marjorie J. Langer, 90, passed away Thursday, March 13, 2014 at Prairie Hills Senior Living Center. Marjorie was born December 29, 1923 in Garden Grove, Iowa. She spent most of her life living in Iowa, moving to Lake of the Ozarks and finally retiring to Casa Grande, Arizona. She loved golfing and played well into her 80’s.
She is survived by her son, Dennis Langer (Norma) of Indianola; daughter, Janis O’Connor (John) of Castle Rock, Colorado; four grandchildren, Tami Sexton (Andy), Michael Saxton (Molly), Deborah Monson (Vaughn) and Christie McFall (Billy); and nine great-grandchildren along with her twin sister Margaret Dickinson of Las Vegas. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles W. Langer.
At Marjorie’s request she was cremated and private burial will be at a later date.
The family would like to thank Prairie Hills Senior Living Center and St. Jude’s Hospice for the wonderful care they provided.

So sorry to hear of your loss. She was a wonderful lady and we loved having her here with us. Wishing that she would of came back here, we had alot of fun with her. Now she will see grandma in heaven, bet they'll have a good time.

My grandma was a woman who loved her jewelry and shoes! Red cowboy boots and turquoise were always a favorite. My oldest memory is of her shoe closet and the hours spent trying them all on!

Rest in peace Marge! We are going to miss you at Prairie Hills and will always remember what a classy lady you are with your Red Boots we will remember forever. Our prayers to Denny and Norma and the entire family.

A very special woman/mother/grandmother/great-grandmother!!!! She will be missed, but always remembered!!!
I would like to thank our Iowa family who has been there for her since she moved back to Iowa and especially making her comfortable during the last few weeks. She knows she was well loved!!
