Frances C. Wendling

Frances C. Wendling, 78, passed away March 9, 2014, at the HCI Kavanagh House on 56th Street, following a brief battle with lung cancer.

Memorial services will be held 3:00 pm, Sunday, March 30, 2014, at Hamilton’s near Highland Memory Gardens, 121 NW 60th Avenue, Des Moines, IA. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.

Frances was born January 29, 1936, in Milford, Iowa, to Ernest and Mary Green. Frances was recently employed at Cracker Barrel as a cashier. She loved being with her grandchildren and her great-grandchildren. Frances was loved by many and will be missed by all.

Frances is survived by her daughter, Trace Heston; her grandsons, Brady Walpole and Austin Walpole; her great-grandchildren, Brooklyn Walpole and Thayne Walpole.
