Constance DeYoung

Constance DeYoung was born February 24, 1958 in Des Moines, Iowa. She passed away unexpectedly at her home on Tuesday, February 18, 2014 at the age of 55.

Connie loved her family and lived for her grandkids. She left them too soon and her passing has left a huge hole in their lives. She will be deeply missed.

Connie is survived by her husband, Dave; son, Kendall (Angeala) Barrett and their children: Cody, Kayla and Austin; son, Nick Barrett and his son, Dakota; brother, Ron (Debbie) DeYoung; sister, Mary Goff; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ed and Jean DeYoung and brother, Eddie DeYoung.

There will be a celebration of Connie’s life at 11:00 a.m. Monday, February 24, 2014 at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street.
