Sharon Beckett

Sharon Beckett, 65, died August 11, 2007. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 14, 2007 at Immanuel United Methodist Church, 2900 49th St.
Sharon was born September 19, 1941 in Des Moines to Gaylord and Eunice Beckett. She was a member of Immanuel Methodist Church. Sharon enjoyed crocheting, reading and scrapbooking.
Sharon is survived by her daughter, Jean (Darold Wallace) Montgomery of Prairie City, IA; son, Mark McCoy of Kansas City, MO; grandchildren, Allison Montgomery and Collin McCoy; brother, Gerald (Joanne) Beckett of Des Moines; and the father of her children, Larry McCoy. She was preceded in death by her parents.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Immanuel Methodist Church.
