Mark A. Pieper

Mark Pieper, 45, passed away at Taylor House Hospice on Monday, February 3, 2014, in Des Moines. He was born March 17, 1968 to Merle and Shirley (Barth) Pieper in Iowa Falls, Iowa.

Mark graduated from Ankeny High School where he played tennis. He retired from Goodwill Solutions in 2011 after 14 years of dedicated service. Mark loved listening to music, especially country and The Beatles. He loved his cat, Tiger, and he enjoyed playing video games.

In addition to his parents, Mark is survived by his brother, Michael (Erica) Pieper.

The family will receive visitors from 9 to 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, February 8, 2014 at Hamilton’s near Highland Memory Gardens, 121 NW 60th Avenue in Des Moines. Graveside services will begin at 1 p.m. on Saturday at North Lawn Cemetery in Iowa Falls, Iowa.

Memorial contributions may be directed to the American Cancer Society in loving memory of Mark.
