Peggy Ash

Peggy Ash, 71, passed away Friday, January 31, 2014. She was born in Dodge Center, Minnesota, the daughter of Gordon Hendershott and Grace Knudson Hendershott.

Peggy was preceded in death by her parents Gordon Hendershott and Grace Hendershott; nephew, David Burt; grandparents, Emmett Hendershott and Lura Blanshan Hendershott of Jefferson, Iowa, David Knudson and Eunice Foster Knudson of Dodge Center, Minnesota; and her sister-in-law, Geraldine Hendershott.

She is survived by her son, Kevin Ash of Robins, Iowa; daughter, Kristi Miller of Norwalk, Iowa; brother, Larry Hendershott of Remer, Minnesota; daughter-in-law, Maria Ash; son-in-law, Randy Miller; grandchildren, Casey Ash, Brandon Ash, Madison Masters, Allyson Ash, Sean Miller and Joel Miller; and her nieces and nephews.

Friends may call Saturday, February 8, 2014 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. with funeral services at 12 p.m. at Hamilton’s Southtown Funeral Home, 5400 SW 9th Street, Des Moines, Iowa with interment at Norwalk Cemetery, Sunset Drive, Norwalk, Iowa.
