Duaine "Doc" Field

Duaine “Doc” Field, Jr., 45, died Thursday, August 9, 2007. Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, at Hamilton’s Funeral Home.
Duaine lived most of his life on the east side of Des Moines. He died from complications of Hepatitis B. Doc had many teachers and advisors who imparted considerable wisdom and truth throughout his life which he tried to share with others along the way.
Doc loved fishing, drawing, listening to Ozzy and enjoyed driving classic cars.
Doc is survived by his children, Duaine III, David, Douglas, Michael, Shawn, Stephen and Debra; siblings, Brenda, Beverly (Robert), Jodie, Danny, Darcy (Kim) and Brian; and his grandmother, Anne Myers; grandchildren, Venieta, Jamie, Natalee, Stephen, Katilynn, Alexandria; nieces and nephews, Sarah, David, Hannah, Kristin.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Duaine, Sr. & Joann.
Doc was a good friend and stayed in touch with his soul mate, Judy, and lifelong friend, Jerrie all of his life.
