Michael "Budda" Enos, Sr.

Mike “Budda” Enos, Sr., 59, passed away peacefully in his home on Thursday, January 23, 2014. Mike enjoyed camping, fishing, and spending time with his siblings and many friends either playing cards or dominos.

He was friends to many in his lifetime he was always known to help anyone when they needed it. His laugh would bring a smile to your face, and his jokes were sure to make your stomach hurt.

He will be missed dearly by those closest to him.

He is survived by his wife, Jane Enos; daughter, Karen Enos; son, Michael Enos, Jr.; step-daughter, Brandy Craig; step-son, Marc Craig; brother, Andrew Enos, Sr. (Donna); sister, Pam Foster; sister-in-law, Linda Enos; step-father, Thomas George; seven grandchildren; 16 nieces and nephews; as well as 27 great-nieces and -nephews.

Mike was preceded in death by his parents, Judy George and Ronald Enos, Sr.; brothers, Jeff Enos, Ronald Enos, Jr., and Tommy Enos; sister-in-law, Carla Enos; brother-in-law, Tom Smith (Smitty); as well as several other aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Friends may visit with family from 6 to 8 p.m., Monday, January 27, 2014, at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street in Des Moines. Funeral Service will be held, 2:30 p.m., Tuesday, January 28, at the funeral home.
